Complete building conversion of a former light industrial jewellery workshop arranging over six floors to create six new high specification loft apartments, a penthouse shell, plus mix use office / restaurant space on the ground and basement levels. The design included for retention of the original industrial cast iron features, crittal windows, alongside contemporary curved wall room layouts, glass walls, perforated metal mesh screens and solid wood flooring.
