Eugene led the design team whilst at Pennington Phillips to design and deliver this contemporary residential refurbishment of a Grade 2 georgian listed building, formerly used as a legal Inns of Court. Located in the heart of London’s legal district the project involved a complete building refurbishment with liaison with planning, Heritage England and building control. The project also involved a new 380m2 double height rear extension with glazed roof deck designed in partnership with Future Systems architects.
