Fincloon Architects were appointed to undertake an initial feasibility study and outline planning application for a new 3 bedroom detached house (shown in pink) within an established residential development.

The proposal sits on under used-land belonging to the adjacent residence and includes for 2 new car parking spaces, side and rear garden space. The design mass has been based on the existing housing style in the immediate area to ensure the correct contextual fit within the landscape.
