Architectural lead design whilst working with Level Acoustic Design, the project involved the redevelopment of a new build residential property to include for a private recording studio, home cinema, gym and guest facilities. Initially appointed to review historic flood damage our appraisal of the building led us to condemn the original construction and redesign the residence, including for planning amendments, from the ground up.
